Many of the animals at Usko’s Nest have come from heartbreaking situations. They have experienced abuse, neglect, injuries, fear, and a great deal of suffering. Because of this, many of them carry emotional trauma and live with ongoing health conditions that require extra love, care, and medical attention.

Some of our animals have also lost their trust in people, but within the safety of their pack at Usko’s Nest, they slowly begin to feel secure again.

Virtual adoption is one of the most meaningful ways you can help these animals. By becoming a monthly sponsor, you help provide food, medical care, shelter, and safety for the dogs who call Usko’s Nest their home. Regular support also helps create a more stable future for the shelter and the animals in our care.

When you choose virtual adoption:

• You choose which animal (dog, cat, horse or donkey) you would like to support
• You decide the amount you would like to donate each month
• You directly help provide ongoing care and protection for your sponsored animal

Every contribution, no matter how large or small, makes a meaningful difference in the life of a rescued animal.

We estimate that it costs around €30 per month to fully care for one animal (except the horse and the donkey).

€ 5 — Help feed her
€ 10 — Help care for her
€25 — Help with basic veterinary care (yearly parasite treatment and vaccinations)
€30 — Help secure her future at the sanctuary

However, the amounts are simply a guideline—you are welcome to contribute any amount that feels comfortable for you. Every donation helps and is deeply appreciated.
